1. Services Provided
We provide property services, including but not limited to junk removal, landscaping, and furniture moving. By booking a service, you agree to provide safe access to the property and ensure that all items designated for removal are authorized for disposal.
2. Payments & Pricing
To keep our operations streamlined and secure, we adhere to the following payment policies:
- Accepted Methods: We strictly accept Cash or E-Transfer only.
- No Credit Cards: We do not accept credit card payments at this time.
- Due Date: Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Estimates: Any price provided beforehand is an estimate. Final pricing may be adjusted based on the actual volume of materials, weight, or labour required.
3. Safety & Access
The safety of our team and your property is our priority.
- Hazardous Materials: We cannot remove hazardous waste (e.g., chemicals, asbestos, lead paint, or pressurized tanks).
- Property Condition: The client must ensure a clear and safe path for our team. We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing structural issues or narrow access points that the client requested we navigate.
4. Cancellations
We value your time and ours. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a “no-show” or “late cancellation” fee.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid by the client for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are deemed unsafe, if the items for removal are hazardous/illegal, or if there is a conflict regarding the scope of work.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally to reflect changes in our business or local regulations. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
